Additionally, it extends wellness beyond the self, emphasizing the interconnectedness of personal well-being with that of others and our planet. I aim to foster a sustainable, nurturing community where we recognize our responsibility to care for both human and environmental well-being, acknowledging the profound interconnectedness of these two.
